We are a family business with strong roots
Started in 1980 by Tom Carlson, PAI has been based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 40 years and continues to serve clients all over the USA. Since Tom's passing in 1997, his sons Scott and Mark have led the growth and direction of Process Automation, Inc. PAI has a dedicated group of employees, and over half of them have been at PAI for 10+ years.
